Forgot Password

If you forgot your password, you can send a password reset link to your email.

1. Visit any login page that uses our SSO. The easiest way to do this is to try and log into the SSO homepage.
2. Click the Forgot username or password? link below the login prompt.
3. Enter your email or username.
4. Follow the instructions sent to your email.

If you have any issue with this process, an SSO admin (Max) can reset your password for you, but this is a last resort.
