Connecting to Our VPN

This page will guide you through the setup process for using our VPN. While all of the setup instructions can be found on the ZeroTier book, this page will guide you through using its pages for the Max's Hub VPN.

Each step will involve going to a separate Help Center page. After you finish each page, return here and proceed to the next step.

Step 1: Install ZeroTier

Use this page to install the ZeroTier client on your device.

Step 2: Connect to My VPN

READ CAREFULLY! Use this page to join a network via the ZeroTier client. During this process, you will need to enter a Network ID. Please reach out to Max directly for the Network ID. The VPN will not work on your initial connection to the network because your device must be manually authorized by us. After we authorize your device on the network it should automatically connect within a few seconds.

Step 3: Allow DNS Configuration

First Time Users: You must follow the instructions in this step for initial setup of your wiki account.

Everyone Else: This step is optional but you will not be able to access the Max's Hub Wiki unless you follow its instructions.

In order to benefit from our DNS server you will need to enable a setting on your ZeroTier client. This setting is called Allow DNS Configuration and it can be enabled/disabled at your discretion, but you must have it enabled in order to access the wiki.
