Connect to a ZeroTier Network

Step 1: Open ZeroTier UI

If it's not open already, open the ZeroTier UI program so that it shows in your system tray.

Step 2: Join New Network

Click the  Join New Network...  button. A new window should appear.

Step 3: Enter Network ID

Max's Hub Users: You will need get the ZeroTier Network ID from Max directly.

Paste a network ID into the text box and then click the  Join  button. The ZeroTier One background program will begin connecting to the network.

Step 4: Check Network List

Open the ZeroTier UI menu and look for the network's ID in the list. Hovering over the network will show details on its connection.

The value of Status can tell you if you're connected or not:

• REQUESTING_CONFIGURATION - The ZeroTier background program is attempting to connect to the network.
• OK - You are connected to the network.
• ACCESS_DENIED - Your device was able to find the network but you do not have permission to join the network yet. This is normal if you're connecting to our network for the first time, as you will have to be manually authorized.
